Here are your instructions for Tapping into Vibrant HealthBookmark this page, as it will be beneficial to visit each day for at least 30 days. (You can start today!)

To effectively cultivate a new mindset, engage in these exercises every day. Really. And tap on any resistance to that. It won't take long, and any argument coming up as to why you can't do is just your nonconscious mind trying to argue your way back into your comfort zone. Don't fall for that. ;)

I highly recommend that you have an accountability partner (or a group of partners) so that you can encourage each other to do the exercises every day. Left to our own devices, the part of us that resists change will come up with excuses. Have someone help you push past that - and you can likewise help them. :)

To begin with, create a Health Thermostat for your desired experience. 
i.e. "150 lbs by (date)" or "I feel awesome!" etc. :)

Each day: (and that means every day consecutively for at least 30 days! You can do it.)

-- Look at your Health Thermostat and note how you feel about what it says. 
Then, tap while repeating:
"I am so happy and grateful now that I _____. 
This or something even better for the highest good of all concerned."

-- Spend at least a few minutes visualizing feeling this way. Imagine a scene of your life at this level: engaged in some physical activity, enjoying a healthy meal, looking at yourself in the mirror and loving yourself, etc. Put yourself in that scene. Make it as real as possible - make it a sensory-rich experience. And really allow yourself to feel it, rather than just intellectually imagining it. Get as excited as possible! If you are aware of any discomfort while doing so, tap on that. (The next one will help that..)

-- Tap along with at least one of the support videos that you will receive each day. The more you can do, the better. Of course, you aren't limited to these - tap along to any other videos that seem relevant to you. Here's a good playlist for this challenge: Physical Well-Being

-- Throughout the day, tap while saying, "choose to experience vibrant health!"
You can change it up with similar affirmations, like, "I love feeling vibrant health!" and "I'm growing healthier and stronger in body, mind and spirit!" Have fun with it.

-- Each morning, tap while repeating vibrant health affirmations.

Or you can also look up other vibrant health affirmations online, or make up your own.

-- Each day, spend at least a few minutes meditating. There is a lot of info on the internet about how to meditate, though you can simply sit with your eyes closed and focus on your breath.  I use a program called Zen 12.

-- Each day, engage in some healthy action. Exercise would be great - perhaps a walk. Please don't cheat your body out of the care it deserves by insisting you don't have time. Of course, consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program.

-- Each evening, tap while reviewing your day. Clear any fear that can come up as you notice positive results. Clear any disappointment if you don't feel you are seeing results. Part of you will likely try to distract you from noticing anything positive, so that you will feel compelled to stop. Don't. Keep going for at least 30 days. You are planting seeds - trust that they are growing.

Again, you want to do these everyday for at least 30 days to create a positive change.

-- Optional: Join my FaceBook group to interact with other tappers - many of whom will be participants in TVH. This can be a great place for daily accountability.

There are plenty of other things you can do - and the internet is full of health techniques and videos. The most important thing is that you are doing something every day to shift your mindset to one that is more empowering.
