Here are your instructions for Tapping into Self-Love. Bookmark this page, as it will be beneficial to visit each day for at least 30 days. (You can start today!)
To effectively cultivate a new mindset, engage in these exercises every day. Really. And tap on any resistance to that. It won't take long, and any argument coming up as to why you can't do is just your nonconscious mind trying to argue your way back into your comfort zone. Don't fall for that. ;)

I highly recommend that you have an accountability partner (or a group of partners) so that you can encourage each other to do the exercises every day. Left to our own devices, the part of us that resists change will come up with excuses. Have someone help you push past that - and you can likewise help them. :)

To begin with, create a Self-Love Thermostat for your desired experience.
i.e. "100% awesome!" etc. :)
Each day: (and that means every day consecutively for at least 30 days! You can do it.)
-- Look at your Self-Love Thermostat and note how you feel about what it says.
Then, tap while repeating:
"I am so happy and grateful now that I _____.
This or something even better for the highest good of all concerned."
-- Spend at least a few minutes visualizing feeling this way. Imagine a scene of your life at this level: engaged in some joyful activity, enjoying a healthy meal, looking at yourself in the mirror and loving yourself, etc. Put yourself in that scene. Make it as real as possible - make it a sensory rich experience. And really allow
yourself to feel it, rather than just intellectually imagining it. Get as excited as possible! If you are aware of any discomfort while doing so, tap on that. (The next one will help that.)
-- Tap along with at least one of the support videos (link at the bottom of this page. The more you can do, the better. Tap along with each of these at least once during the 30 days - preferably at least once a week. Of course, you aren't limited to these - tap along to any other videos that seem relevant to you.
-- Throughout the day, tap while saying, "I love myself!"
You can change it up with similar affirmations, like, "I choose to feel awesome!" and "I'm growing more and more confident in body, mind and spirit!" Have fun with it.
-- Each morning, tap while repeating self-love affirmations, such as, “I love myself”… I am awesome!”…”I am worthy and deserving of love”… “I’m capable of amazing things!” Make up your own, or you can look up other self-affirming affirmations online.
-- Each day, spend at least a few minutes meditating. It’s a great act of self-love. There is a lot of info on the internet about how to meditate, though you can simply sit with your eyes closed and focus on your breath. I use a program called Zen 12.
-- Each day, engage in some self-care action. Exercise would be great - perhaps a walk. Please don't cheat your body out of the care it deserves by insisting you don't have time. Of course, consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program.
-- Each evening, tap while reviewing your day. Clear any fear that can come up as you notice positive results. Clear any disappointment if you don't feel you are seeing results. Part of you will likely try to distract you from noticing anything positive, so that you will feel compelled to stop. Don't. Keep going for at least 30 days. You are planting seeds - trust that they are growing.
Again, you want to do these everyday for at least 30 days to create a positive change.

There are plenty of other things you can do - and the internet is full of self-esteem techniques and videos. The most important thing is that you are doing something every day to shift your mindset to one that is more empowering.

It’s great if you can be on the live calls – do so if you can - but it isn't necessary. I encourage you to listen to each one at your earliest convenience.

Here's how the calls work:
I will ask for volunteers on the calls. If you would like to tap on your health block, please "raise your hand" (it will be clear when you are on the call) at the appropriate time. I will go with the first person to do so. If you have spoken on a previous TSL call, I ask that you please not raise your hand, so as to give someone new a chance. However, if no one else is speaking up, I will open it to everyone.
If you are in a loud place or do not have a clear connection, please do not raise your hand. If I feel the sound is prohibitive, I will have to move on to the next caller.
Please understand that, because of the number of participants, I will not be able to work with everyone during the series. However, you will likely be amazed at how the subjects that others bring up sound remarkably like yours. And even when they don't, clearing still happens while you tap. :)
Suggestion for increased effectiveness for the calls: Write down what particular blocks and limiting beliefs are coming up, and rate the discomfort you feel about them on a scale of 0-10. As you tap along with each tapping round, keep one of these in mind. Even if the words we use don't seem to match what you are focusing on, you will find that the clearing is still happening, giving you greater freedom to succeed.
